The GRC is happy to announce that it has launched a new Subject Guide on Gender issues in HRH.
The GRC team has completed a quality control evaluation of the collection to remove almost 100 outdated resources. Please contact us if you need access to material that has been removed.
In order to better serve our users, the GRC will be making some changes to our subject terms and resource types. We expect the migration to take several weeks, and we will be adding a glossary to help with navigating the new terms.

Special Highlight: In order to help users learn more about HRH and how to use the GRC, we have added two new features:
- Tutorial: Our new video tutorial introduces the GRC and demonstrates how to effectively browse and search the collection.
- Subject Guides: These guides introduce the fundamental topics in the human resources for health (HRH) crisis, provide links to topical information within the HRH Global Resource Center and recommend additional articles on current HRH research and promising practices. Current Subject Guides include:
  - Human Resources for Health Overview
  - Infectious Diseases
  - HRH Planning
  - Maternal & Child and Reproductive Health
  - HRH Management

The GRC currently has 1,893 resources including some of the latest Capacity Project publications: "Mozambique: Taking Forward Action on Human Resources for Health (HRH) with DFID/OGAC and Other Partners," "I Can Now Speak Boldly: Using Quality Data for Health Workforce Planning in Uganda" and "Guidelines and Standards for Accreditation of Continuing Professional Development for Health Workers." Special Highlight: In response to requests from our users, the GRC has an improved navigation menu and new features including:
- Latest Added Resources Page: The HRH Global Resource Center collection grows quickly. Visit the Latest Resources Page to easily find the most recent additions.
- Rate Resources: You can now click on one of the five stars at the bottom of each resource page to let others know which resources you found useful and help GRC staff decide which resources should be removed.
- More to come! The GRC will be announcing other improvements in the coming months, so be sure to visit the site to see all the new features.
