Virtual Leadership Development Program for M&E
MEASURE Evaluation has announced a Virtual Leadership Development Program (VLDP) for health teams involved with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in Anglophone countries.
The thirteen-week VLDP will be held online from September 14 - December 11, 2009. It consists of learning modules, a supplementary participant workbook and expert virtual facilitation from experienced leadership and organizational development specialists. Program participants work in teams to identify key leadership challenges within their organizations and begin to address these challenges with the continual support, feedback, and guidance of the facilitators and M&E experts.
The program is designed for both public and private sector organizations. It is intended to strengthen leadership and management practices in order to improve performance and ultimately to positively affect health outcomes.
The deadline for application is August 14.
