Call for Papers for Special Issue of Midwifery
The international journal Midwifery has issued a call for papers for a special issue of the publication focusing on new approaches to researching and improving safety in maternity care. The journal hopes to broaden the scope of existing approaches to safety and quality of women's healthcare by inviting papers on research that engages with work at the frontline and the organizational levels; use methods that are sensitive to clinical and organizational complexity; and display awareness of the impact of the research process itself on healthcare delivery and organization. Completed manuscripts should be submitted by February 1, 2010.
Adapted from Global Alliance for Nursing and Midwifery listserv announcement.
Papers should be submitted via the Midwifery online submission and editorial system.
