There is a paucity of knowledge concerning the roles of those who provide adolescent health services, care and information across the health and education sectors, how they are managed and educated, and the policies that guide their practice. This report outlines the results of a case study to identify factors that contribute to improving the ability of health and education providers to collaborate and develop ways forward for human resources policy and practice and to provide an understanding of the workforce issues experienced by teachers and primary health care workers in relation to adolescent sexual and reproductive health.
