Call for abstracts for Nigeria FP conference
The Third Nigeria Family Planning conference has asked for abstracts on cutting edge research and program results directed at enabling individuals, families and societies in the developing world (and particularly Nigeria) to achieve their contraceptive and reproductive intentions.
The conference takes place on November 26 - 28th, 2014 at the Sheraton Hotel in Abuja.
The closing date for abstracts is November 7, 2014.

Abstracts will only be accepted in English language, They should be addressed to “The chairman, Technical Committee, 3rd Nigeria Family Planning Conference” by attachment to the following e-mail addresses: info@nigeriafpconference.org and copy fpconference@yahoo.com
The conference's theme is "Bridging the Gaps between Knowledge and Practice of Family Planning in Nigeria." The conference will explore the following sub themes:
- Analysis and trends of Family Planning in Nigeria
- Building alliances for improve Family Planning uptake
- Addressing Family Planning needs of young people
- Advances in technology and innovations in family planning
The conference's organizers say priorities will be given to clinical research activities that demonstrate impact
of family planning on the quality of life. They also welcome programmatic lessons demonstrating effects from factors observed over time including effects of government at all levels and her agencies in bringing FP to the forefront especially as it relates to budgeting.
