GRC Launches Online Course on Designing Evidence-Based Incentives

[GLOBAL] The HRH Global Resource Center (GRC) has launched a new eLearning course, Designing Evidence-Based Incentives to Attract and Retain Health Workers Using the Rapid Retention Survey Toolkit. This free online course is based on CapacityPlus's "Rapid Retention Survey Toolkit: Designing Evidence-Based Incentives for Health Workers" and trains participants on how to use a rapid discrete choice experiment methodology to design evidence-based incentives to attract and retain health workers in rural and remote areas.

As with all courses on the GRC eLearning Platform, "Designing Evidence-Based Incentives to Attract and Retain Health Workers Using the Rapid Retention Survey Toolkit" is a low-bandwidth friendly, free, open course available to anyone who wishes to learn about the topic. The GRC welcomes you to sign up for a free eLearning account and to expand your knowledge of HRH topics.

For more information about the series, see the GRC eLearning Platform.
