Management Development Institute for HIV/AIDS Service Providers
The curriculum of this course consists of six crucial areas of management relevant to service providers in the HIV/AIDS area. The goal is to ensure that leaders of service organizations will learn management tools, frameworks and knowledge that will enable them to increase the quantity and quality of services they provide. Module 5 covers topics on leadership and human resources. The lessons will be practical, and aimed toward successfully meeting the complex challenges faced by East African organizations in this area. The course will be held April 15 - 21, 2007 and September 16 – 27, 2007 in Nairobi, Kenya. There is no participant fee for this program.
