Developing Human Rights Training Courses for Health Workers
[NETHERLANDS] This International Federation of Health and Human Rights Organizations training course will be November 21 - 25 in Utrecht. Due to the nature of their profession, health workers inevitably play a role in the protection and realisation of health-related human rights. This training aims to address: what this role means in practice; what health workers need to know about human rights; how human rights can best be explained to health workers; and ways to stimulate health workers to take up their role in relation to human rights.
