Online Global Conference on Expanding Health Service Access, Quality, and Equity in Developing Countries: the Role of the Private Sector
The PSP-One Project is hosting in a free global online conference on November 13 - 18, 2006. The conference will include narrated PowerPoint presentations given by representatives from leading health organizations, filmed during the Global Health Council event in May 2006. These presentations review options to ensure quality and access to private health services in the developing world.
The conference is divided into three sessions:
- Strengths and Limitations of the Private Sector;
- Public/Private Interface; and
- Perspectives of the Private Sector: A Discussion with Leading Health Organizations.
Each session will have recorded presentations followed by discussions. Participants can go online twenty-four hours a day to participate in the conference.
