GRC Launches Two New eLearning Courses

[GLOBAL] The HRH Global Resource Center (GRC) has published two new eLearning courses. The first, An Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation of Human Resources for Health, provides a basic introduction to monitoring and evaluation concepts and how they apply to the field of human resources for health to inform evidence-based planning and decision-making. The course was written by Sara Pacqué-Margolis and Crystal Ng, and developed in collaboration with the GRC team.

In addition, the GRC has also launched Fondations de l’égalité des genres au sein du personnel de santé, a French language version of "Foundations of Gender Equality in the Health Workforce" that was released in the spring. This course introduces participants to basic concepts, issues, and standards related to gender equality in the health workforce.

As with all courses on the GRC eLearning Platform, both are low-bandwidth friendly, free, open courses available to anyone who wishes to learn about the topic. The GRC welcomes you to sign up for a free eLearning account and to expand your knowledge of HRH topics.
