First Cebu International Nursing Conference
In recent years, a number of nurse researchers internationally and locally have contributed much to the development of the nursing profession. Evidence-based practices have gained corresponding recognition in both clinical practice and in academia. In response to these scholarly outputs of professional nurses, the first Cebu International Nursing Conference with the theme, "Nurses: Creating a Positive Environment for Learning and Practice" is being initiated by Cebu Normal University to serve as an intellectual forum for sharing expertise and successful experiences in research.
This conference aims to provide opportunities to share nursing research, develop professional networks, and learn from colleagues. It shall serve as a venue for nurses to disseminate and utilize research findings to attain excellence and quality in practice. It will be held April 26-27, 2011 in the Philippines.
